What is Aeries?
Aeries is a tool for you to stay informed and engaged in your child’s education. The Parent Portal gives parents and guardians access to:
- View your child’s grades and transcript
- See your child’s schedule
- Monitor your child's attendance
- Communicate with your child’s teachers

Wellness at CVUSD
Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All meals, foods and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
Traffic/Campus Safety Information
Drop Off and Pick Up Times
Please remember the drop off time is as early as 7:30am. There is no supervision until 7:30am.
Pick up times are 2:45pm-3:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 1:45pm-2:00pm on Wednesday.
Make sure to drive safely through the parking lot. Please drop off/pick up students at the drop off area.
What is ParentSquare?
All important text messages, phone, and email alerts from the Coachella Valley Unified School District about early dismissals, closures, bus delays, school safety (e.g., lockout notifications), and more will be sent to families using only ParentSquare.
